By using GymSets ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

GymSets is a fitness tracking application that allows you to log workouts, track progress, record body weight, and take progress photos. The app offers both a free tier (with ads) and a paid subscription (GymSets Pro) that unlocks additional features.

2. Account

You may use GymSets without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple enables cloud sync and backup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions

GymSets Pro

• GymSets Pro is available as a monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. The trial activates automatically upon first install and does not require a subscription. After the trial period, Pro features are locked until a subscription is purchased.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in the app (workouts, photos, notes). By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us permission to store and transmit this data on your behalf using Firebase infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' data
• Submit false or misleading feedback

6. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by GymSets. Upgrading to GymSets Pro removes all advertisements.

7. Disclaimer

GymSets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Always maintain your own records of important information.

GymSets is not a medical or fitness advisory service. The app is a tracking tool only. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainCircle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, physical injury, or missed training goals.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
